Job Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the raw materials to support experimental settings and ensure smooth workflows in ongoing laboratory experiments.
- Perform stability testing studies using thermal stability studies on developed formulations.
- Coordinate with the analytical team to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Plan and perform formulation studies targeting improvement in the stability studies of bioactive ingredients in cosmetic products through hands-on formulation work.
- Design, Plan, and set up the lab scale experiment to analyze ingredients compatibility, texture, safety, quality, and efficacy.
- Prepare and submit samples for microbiological and analytical evaluation in coordination with QC and analytical teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering
- Candidates pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Sciences / Chemistry and other related fields.
- Candidates with some lab experience in chemistry will be preferred.

- Foundation Knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles and raw material chemistry.
