DEPARTMENT – Production

What are the job responsibilities of a Production Officer / Senior Officer?

1. Observe Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
2. Accountable for supervising shift operations and providing instruction to the plant operators.
3. Expertise in working with the operating reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API equipment.
4. Ensure the proper maintenance of cleanliness and safety in the production area.
5. Compliance with cGMP, Safety, and EHS guidelines.

What is the required qualification for the job role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry 
• Working Experience of a minimum of 02  years in API, Shift Operation.
• Good Communication and Management Skills.

DEPARTMENT – Quality Control

What are the job responsibilities of a QC Officer / Senior Officer?

1. Conduct an Analysis of API, Drug Product, and Raw Materials using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and PSD.
2. Perform method development and validation according to regulatory guidelines.
3. Assess and manage laboratory test records and calibration logs.
4. Accountable for evaluating and investigating OOS and OOT results. 

What is the required qualification for the job role?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Chemistry / Life Sciences (M.Sc) and related disciplines. 
• Working Experience of minimum 02 years in LCMS / PSD / HPLC / GC / Method Validation
• Good Communication and Analytical  Skills.

DEPARTMENT – Quality Assurance

What are the job responsibilities of a QA Officer / Senior Officer?

1. Conduct process quality assurance checks during the manufacturing of API.
2. Coordinate with a cross-functional department for regulatory submissions and regulatory affairs requirements.
3. Handle documentation work related to Quality Management System, IPQA, and GMP compliance.

What is the required qualification for the job role?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Chemistry / Life Sciences (M.Sc) and related disciplines. 
• Working Experience of minimum 02 years in API Plant as Analytical Compliance, Cleaning,  Sampling,  RA Co-ordination, Process Validation, QMS, IPQA, Training Co-ordination,
• Good Communication and Analytical  Skills.
