About Job Responsibilities
- If appropriate, obtain, analyze, and authorize the updated site and regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with site staff regularly to evaluate the recruitment strategy and suggest ideas for improvements.
- Identify and evaluate potential data quality and integrity issues using your expertise.
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with investigators and site team members.
- Observe and assess the performance level and compliance of the site and site staff. Encourage the site staff with your recommendations and ideas for site improvement.
- Identify the effect of study noncompliance, changes on study timelines, and communication study.
- Coordinate with the staff members to accomplish the project goals and suggest ideas for systematic project planning and goal achievement.
- Verify and confirm if assigned sites are ready for audit and inspection.
- Update the manager regarding the current status of work and any other challenges.
- Ensure adherence to relevant ICH-GCP standards, regional and global regulatory standards, and both Parexel and sponsor SOPs.
Required Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Biological Science and health health-related discipline will be prioritized.
- Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm / Pharm D)
- M.Sc. in Nursing or Life Sciences
- Experience in the related field is required
