What are the job responsibilities of a Junior Associate?
- Monitor and learn the functioning of production equipment such as injectable machines, parenteral machines, compounding machines, washing machines, sealing machines, visual inspection & packing machines. formulation machines, filling machines, sterile machines, and capping machines,
- Accountable for supervising the production operation to ensure the production of quality products within the specified time.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional department team to resolve issues and enhance the quality standard of the product.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure the regular maintenance of production data and conduct regular maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Carry out the activities related to handling and cleaning of filling and sealing machines and vial washing machines.
- Report any breakdown, malfunction, or non-conformance of machines.
- Accountable for the implementation of GMP and SOP guidelines to achieve the safety and quality of products.
Skills Required
- Good Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations such as formulation, sterilization, packaging, etc.
- Understanding of GMP and GLP guidelines.
- Documentation practices in pharma (record-keeping, batch manufacturing records)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time Management skills to handle shifts and production timelines.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates having a diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized university in India.
- Candidates who scored above 60% in academics and have no backlogs are only eligible to apply.
