Key Responsibilities
- Product Quality Complaints Management:
- Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise)
- Acknowledging complaints to the complainants
- Following up for samples and additional information
- Providing response letters to complainants
- Coordination:
- Working with stakeholders in complaint handling
- Reconciliation of market complaints
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintaining complaint records as per standards
- Preparing reports for audits
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc / B.Pharm from recognized university
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good English communication (written/verbal)
- Basic quality compliance knowledge
Experience
- 0-3 years in a similar role (pharma industry preferred)
