  1. Observing and implementing AERB regulatory compliance at state and district levels for the sale, marketing, and showcasing of medical devices governed by PC&PNDT.
  2. Monitoring and establishing the procedure of PCA&PNDT (Pre Conception & Pre Natal Diagnostic Techniques) regulations at the state level for the marketing, distribution, and briefing about the devices which are governed by PC&PNDT guidelines.
  3. Coordinating, investigating, and developing regulatory functions at Philips India Limited-Health Systems.
  4. Accountable for conducting a detailed study on regulatory requirements for special markets, focusing on modifications in compliance requirements.
  5. Observe updates and amendments to PCNDT and SERB guidelines and communicate changes to concerned officers within the company.
  6. Coordinate with legal, quality, and clinical teams to ensure their perspective on regulatory planning.
  7. collaborate with cross departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, marketing team to ensure the product complies with regulatory standards across all phases of development and marketing operations.
  8. Participating in industry forums and working groups to stay updated about evolving regulatory landscapes and advocate for practical regulatory pathways.
  9. Field roles operate primarily off-site, close to customers or suppliers.
  10. Help in organizing internal training sessions on regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology / Life Sciences
  • Pharmacy Graduates may also be eligible to apply for the Job.
  • Candidate must be available from September to December (Five Days a Week)
  • Candidates must be residing near the job location, as 3 days of office presence are required.

Skills Required

  • Good Knowledge of PC&PNDT Act and AERB guidelines.
  • Having practical exposure to regulatory documentation and submissions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Understanding of regulatory guidelines
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices and the Healthcare Industry 

Other Job Details

Philips India Limited is hiring fresher Life Science and Biotechnology Graduates as interns for the period of September to December. Candidates will be working in the office for 5 days a week.
