What are the primary duties of this position?
- Assist in drafting queries and collecting any missing or inconsistent data in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor the intake and triage of Safety information from various sources, either spontaneous reports or related to clinical trials.
- Operate within the Quality Management System framework, including SOPs, WIs, and other relevant standards.
- Build and maintain strong PSS relationships with cross-functional departments.
- Generate patient narratives and assign the accurate MedDRA codes to adverse events (for marketed products, if applicable)
- Assist in managing the supporting files and documentation for adverse events and reporting requirements in applicable countries.
- Support in uploading and storage of project-related documents, case reports, and associated documentation.
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D)
- B.Sc / M.Sc / in Nursing or Medical Sciences related fields.
- Experience of working in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO institutions
- No Prior experience is required for Pharm D candidates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the job.
What skills and experience are required for this role?
- Good Understanding of Medical Affairs and Clinical Data Entry
- Experience with Clinical Data Monitoring
- Foundational Knowledge of MS Office Windows applications
- Ability to handle standard office instruments
