What are the job responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate?
- Monitor the site start-up and ensure timely closure of clinical trial sites and that reports are accurately prepared.
- Analyze site feasibility, shortlist the qualified investigators, finalize budgets, and complete contracts such as CDA and other essential contractual agreements.
- Ensure the maintenance of compliance with regulatory standards and internal PV policies by verifying that the SAEs and SUSARs are reported timely manner to all sites and investigators.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation in a timely fashion for EC approval.
- Monitor and document IP dispensing, IM, and reconciliation.
- Perform risk analysis to detect the risks, and implement CAPA for sites not complying with planned metrics.
- Work closely with CRO partners for statistical analysis, data management, and DBL.
Required Qualification Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, or Public Health from a recognized university.
- Candidates having a PG Diploma in Clinical Research are also eligible to apply for the job role.
- Minimum 01 years of experience is required in the field of clinical research.
