Clinical Data Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate discrepancies, results, and validation listings as per the data entered in the clinical database, and initiate the inspection or queries using this evaluation where required.
- Resolve queries and requirements according to the data validation specification (DVS) and Data Management Plan (DMP) for the respective studies.
- In the case of paper studies, make sure that all received CRFs and DCFs are returned for flying in the Document Control Room (DCR) in a timely fashion according to the Data Tracking Guidelines.
- You must be updated about the key element of the contract and the scope of work for the designated projects.
- Generates and submits the important access forms or spreadsheets related to the Clinical Database Management System (CDMS).
- Prepare electronic storage media according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EDC studies.
- Help in the completion of the assigned task necessary for finalizing and transferring the clinical database and related project documents to the sponsor.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Health Science, Natural Sciences or any relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Life Sciences (B.Sc)
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Therapeutic domains like Oncology, Cardiology, Immunology, and GI – gastrointestinal
- Proficiency in conducting the Clinical Trial phases.
- Candidates with expertise in Rave, Oracle clinical.
- Good Understanding of Clinical Data, GCP, ICH, and Medical Terminology.
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows like MS Word, MS Excel and email applications.
- Minimum 01 year of working experience in clinical research, drug development, and other health care setup.
- Excellent Verbal and Oral Communication skills.
Clinical Data Associate Salary & Other Details?
Syneos Health has not disclosed the salary figures for the post of Clinical Data Associate, But as per industry standards, company policies, and job profile, the fresher candidates in the Clinical Research department will be paid up to INR 3.9 LPA. The Salary may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and expertise.
