What are the main responsibilities?
- Ensure the smooth communication between investigation sites, the client company, and internal project teams via electronic media.
- Accountable for analyzing and responding to client requirements, queries, and supporting audit and inspection.
- Coordinate with the other project teammates to resolve issues and challenges.
- Conduct the proper investigation and follow up on findings.
- Helped search for a better investigator to ensure suitability.
- Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements
- Create data entry of safety reports (ADE reports) into safety databases.
- Prepare the individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Utilize a risk-based monitoring approach to observe investigator sites, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through SDR, SDV, and CRF.
- Perform all Monitoring activities according to the established and approved monitoring plan.
- Maintain Compliance with ICH GCP standards, study protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the clinical research team, research associates, project manager, and reviewers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science from a recognized institute in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Minimum 01 year of onsite monitoring working experience is required.
Key skills required

- Case Report Form Review
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Comfortable with travelling as part of work.
