Job Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate administrative assistance to PPDs’ Global Safety Writing Units.
  2. Assist in the preparation and delivery of safety-related documents such as Risk Management Plans, Safety Reports, and Regulatory Authority Response Reports.
  3. Accountable for performing the duties within the Pharmacovigilance department to ensure quality.
  4. Utilize a risk-based monitoring approach to observe investigator sites, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
  5. Help safety document authors by drafting planning documents, preparing data requests, scheduling meetings, and filing documentation.
  6. Create data entry of safety reports (ADE reports) into safety databases.
  7. Assist in producing compliance metrics, editing, and compiling documents.
  8. Perform the proper investigation and follow up on findings..
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science (B.Sc / M.Sc) from a recognized institute in India. 
  • Minimum 01 year of onsite monitoring working experience is required.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of safety reporting and safety documentation.
  • Document Management skills such as Formatting, Organizing, Filing, and maintaining Safety Related Reports.
  • Familiar with MS Office, such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • File Management and Time Management skills.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
