Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate administrative assistance to PPDs’ Global Safety Writing Units.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of safety-related documents such as Risk Management Plans, Safety Reports, and Regulatory Authority Response Reports.
- Accountable for performing the duties within the Pharmacovigilance department to ensure quality.
- Utilize a risk-based monitoring approach to observe investigator sites, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Help safety document authors by drafting planning documents, preparing data requests, scheduling meetings, and filing documentation.
- Create data entry of safety reports (ADE reports) into safety databases.
- Assist in producing compliance metrics, editing, and compiling documents.
- Perform the proper investigation and follow up on findings..
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science (B.Sc / M.Sc) from a recognized institute in India.
- Minimum 01 year of onsite monitoring working experience is required.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of safety reporting and safety documentation.
- Document Management skills such as Formatting, Organizing, Filing, and maintaining Safety Related Reports.
- Familiar with MS Office, such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- File Management and Time Management skills.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
