What are the job responsibilities of a Personnel?
- Receive and manage adverse drug reaction reports via voice process.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals or patients to get additional details.
- Secure the patient information with care and maintain a high level of privacy and confidentiality.
- Compile and update essential data in safety databases with high integrity and efficiency.
- Check all the reports and ensure that reports adhere to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance and the Medical Review team to analyze the case.
- Stay Active in internal and external audits, QA activities related to voice-based PVG workflows.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in night shifts.
What should be your qualifications for this role at Wipro?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy)
- Candidates must be registered under their respective councils.
- Good Communication skills
