O2H Pharma Senior Research Associate Job Description
- Candidates will work in the Life Science and Research department.
- Carry out the study and tests relevant to the development and synthesis of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC)
- Construct and implement testing techniques like HPLC, Mass Spectroscopy, and other functionalities for quality control of Antibody Conjugates Drugs.
- Determine the experiment’s data and interpret results based on findings in reports.
- Manage the detailed and proper records of all research-related tasks and ensure the laboratory meets all the regulatory requirements.
- Educate and guide the Junior staff in the lab.
- Work independently in a team, focusing on a designated and assigned set of tasks.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts if required.
Skills & Experience
- Comfortable with working in a collaborative research environment.
- Flexible to work in any shift.
- 02 to 05 years of working experience in the R & D department.
- Looking for candidates who believe in open communication, translucency, taking ownership, & doing valuable work.
Required Qualification
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy and Science from a recognized university,
- M.Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry can apply for the job.
- Experience is required to apply for the post.
