- Position – Junior Formulator

Job Responsibilities
- Help in enhancing formulas and procedures for efficient product development.
- Design strategies using technical expertise, literature, and risk analysis.
- Implement searches through USFDA, regulatory websites, and pharmacopeial references.
- Compile, organize, and monitor data from development stages to assess product quality and efficiency of performance.
- Assist in managing the raw and packaging material through supply chain processes.
- Help in drafting manufacturing protocols, PCDL, FPS, and supporting documentation.
- Assemble pharmaceutical details to support the product development process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely preparation of documentation.
- Collect and analyze data from pre-formulation studies by examining the reference product and enhancing the formula to ensure a stable product.
- Tackle problems including document approval delays, slot conflicts, and impractical product identification with strategic solutions.
R&D Jobs Salary & Other Details
- Salary: INR 05 LPA (Anticipated)

Qualification & Experience
