What are the job responsibilities of a Pharmacovigilance Associate?
- Contribute to analyzing and tracking the pattern or trends in Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs).
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to collect more data on reported ADRs.
- Prepare the documents and ensure timely submission of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) to the concerned regulatory drug safety databases.
- Help organize pharmacovigilance workshops, and training programs for medical students and professionals.
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and regulatory standards.
- Follow up with the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) for any updates and new reporting guidelines.
- Optimize the data quality, clinical validity, and statistical trends in the Drug Safety Database.
What should be your qualification for this role at AIIMS Rishikesh?
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm in Pharmacology / Pharmacovigilance / Pharmacy Practice)
- Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Clinical Pharmacology,
- MBBS or BDS degree holder candidates are also eligible to apply.
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm D)
