Job Responsibilities of a Pharmacovigilance Executive
- Respond to the safety-related queries from regulatory authorities.
- Carry out a literature review to track safety data for drug substances.
- Observe the complete lifecycle of safety cases, including follow-up facilitation, data entry, coding review, and timely submission to regulatory authorities.
- Generate and share data for routine compliance monitoring and reporting systems.
- Regularly update safety logs and safety files.
- Generate and utilize compliance data with QPPV.
- Handle safety mailbox and monitor log incoming Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR).
- Preparation for internal and external audits and inspections.
- Participate in training sessions or certificate programs.
- Perform the duties assigned by the senior manager.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Only Freshers are eligible to apply for the job role.
- Excellent Communication skills
Skills Required
- Candidates should be capable of handling multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to work in a cooperative work environment and handle tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge of Computer applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
