| 1. Ensure that products align with the desired quality standards at every step of production. 2. Observe production routine tasks and procedures to ensure compliance with GMP. 3. Conduct quality tests during production and packaging procedures. 4. Formulate and Maintain documentation required for regulatory submission to authorities. 5. Calibration, Qualification, and Process Validation documentation activities. 6. Conduct IPQA procedures and manage change control. |
| QC Personnel Job Role |
| 1. Good knowledge of cGMP guidelines and managing such types of equipment like HPLC, UV, FTIR, GC. 2. Conduct chemical and physical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and final products. 3. Capable of operating Fischer, ICP-OES, and IR Spectrophotometer. 4. Investigate the quality-related problems and find the solutions. 5. Make sure of QC department compliance with GLP and GMP guidelines |
| Sales & Purchase Personnel Job Role |
| 1. Develop and Maintain collaborative relationships with customers and clients. 2. Conduct market research and analyze the business opportunities. 3. Ensure materials are delivered timely to avoid production setbacks. 4. Observe stock levels and issue purchase orders as per production requirements. |
