| Trainee Research Associate | Formulate the reagents and handle lab equipment. Support in preparing lab documentation and reporting activities. Perform analytical testing on research results. Synthesize the basic organics under the mentor. |
| Research Associate | Check the experimental data and formulate detailed documentation reports. Coordinate with other team members on project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory. |
| Senior Research Associate | Observe and guide Junior team members. Handle the challenges in formulations and procedures.Plan and implement the strategies for complex organic synthesis experimentation.Lead the team and execute the plan to complete the project within the timeline. |
| Research Scientist | Mentor Cross-functional teams in research and development projects. Formulate and execute the ideas for encountering the challenges. Coordinate with external partners regarding the research initiatives. |
Required Qualification
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
- Ph.D in organic chemistry
- Freshers and Experienced are both eligible to apply for the post.
