What are the job responsibilities? 

1. Review and analyze Pharmacovigilance SOPs to verify completeness, written clarity, and adherence to global and regional regulatory standards and requirements.
2. Involved in the discussion of selecting identified vendors for PVG support.
3. Manage the internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD) to share audit, CAPA reports. and Observation of global influence with all internal local PVG sites around the global PVG
4. Help in preparing and maintaining the CAPA tracker and ensure that CAPAs are closed accurately.
5. Support in building a global PVG system auditing functions tool, and responsible for conducting and reporting audits as a co-auditor for CROs.
6. Observe and evaluate PVG activities at the Company’s site to ensure compliance with Quality System regulations.
7. Handle the regular updates to the centralized and audit schedule for Quality Assurance activities related to PVG.
8. Assist in risk evaluation of business stakeholders.
9. Ready to perform any other duties assigned by the head GPvP-QA only when required.

What should be your qualifications for this job? 

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy (any specialization)
• Pharm D candidates are also eligible for the job.
• Registered under the pharmacy councils.
• Good Communication skills
• Only experienced (02 years) candidates are welcome to apply for the job.

What are the essential skills required to grab this opportunity?

• Detailed knowledge of global Pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH-GVP, FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.)
• Familiar with PSMFs
• Experience in planning, reporting, conducting, and following up on GVP audits.
• Proficiency in the management of the CAPA tracker.
• Risk evaluation abilities

What is the offered salary?

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited does not disclose the salary figures for the post of Executive – Pharmacovigilance Reporting and QA.  Candidates having working experience of a minimum of 02 years in relevant sectors and having a Master’s degree in pharmacy are eligible to apply for the job at Sun Pharma. The candidates will be paid based on experience, academic records, and educational qualification, with an expected salary of up to INR 45,000/- per month.
