POSITION – Healthcare Executive & Senior Pharmacist
Job Description of Healthcare Executive
- Attending to the customer and responding to the queries related to medications, drug therapy, and products.
- Provide the customer with the proper and complete information about the product.
- Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
- Promoting the products of the company like OTC drugs, supplements, and wellness products.
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the right information about the product.
- Investigate the product or services comply with the healthcare rules and regulations.
- Analyses the data of selling products and documents the feedback of customers and reporting it to the BD team.
Job Description of Senior Pharmacist
- Observing the dispensing of medication to ensure the dispensing as per prescribed treatment.
- Review the prescription carefully to ensure no error in the prescription and contact the physician for any error in the prescription.
- Counsel the patient with proper guidance of medicine intake, like dosage form, side effects, drug interaction, etc.
- Handling and maintaining the stocks in the inventory as per the requirement of the market
- Ensure compliance related to patient safety, drug efficacy, and scheduled drugs.
- Follow the disciplinary and precautionary steps while dispensing the medications to avoid any errors.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy / D.Pharmacy)
- Candidates must have a license of the pharmacist.
- Freshers and Experience both are Welcome (0 – 5 years of Experience)
- Good Communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications.
