- Personnel have to check all the instruments such as labeling machines, autoclaves, vial cleaning machines, etc, for Qualification and validation of equipment.
- Make sure to implement the thermal validation by calibrating instruments, observing temperature, and analytical testing to ensure proper heat distribution.
- Qualification of Equipment.
- Expertise in performing the process and cleaning validations
- Conduct the Non Productive Loss Assessment to enhance the efficacy.
- Conduct and Construction of Periodic review
- Conduct the smoke study to determine the airflow and contamination.
- Established the Factory Acceptance Testing to verify the equipment meets standard specifications.
- Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Qualification.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree In Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy).
- The company will prefer the experienced candidate over the fresher for the post.
- Must have Good Communication and relevant Skills.
